The total value of properties held within the Synergy Yield Plan is based on the latest internal valuations conducted at the end of the most recent fiscal quarter. These valuations follow JP Capital's established internal valuation policies. For newly acquired short-stay rental properties, the asset value reflects their most recent purchase price, ensuring accurate and up-to-date portfolio valuation. For properties where the platform has structured fractional ownership arrangements or underlying debt positions, valuations are supported by independent third-party appraisals conducted within six months of acquisition to ensure fairness and transparency. As with any property valuation methodology, the process involves professional judgment, forecasts, and assumptions that may evolve with market conditions.
